I’m currently working as a Senior Consultant at GDi Partners — an impact-driven consulting firm that works with governments and philanthropies to design and implement large-scale development programs across India. My current project focuses on financially empowering rural women through formal credit linkage.

What I bring
Strong execution instinct. Honest, unfiltered analysis. The ability to move fast between contexts without losing the thread. And a particular comfort with situations that are messy, high-stakes, or don’t have a clean playbook.
The ability to make a team feel like a team, to find the lightness in a heavy situation, and to make the grind feel a little less like a grind. Good work and good energy aren’t opposites — in my experience, they’re the same thing.
